Position Title: Business Development Executive (Telesales)
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive with excellent English and Arabic language skills to join our telesales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting them into loyal clients through proactive outbound calls. The ideal candidate is persuasive, target-driven, and has a strong ability to build rapport over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote the company’s products and services.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through cold and warm calling techniques.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to match their requirements.
- Handle inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally and effectively.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Record all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on progress and challenges.
- Gather feedback from prospects to improve sales strategies and offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus.
