Position Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telesales Executive with strong communication skills in both English and Arabic. In this role, you will engage with potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting our products and services, addressing inquiries, and closing sales. The ideal candidate is persuasive, target-oriented, and capable of building positive relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote company products and services.
• Present product features and benefits in a clear and compelling manner.
• Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into sales.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
• Build rapport with clients and ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle inquiries and objections with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to the management team about customer needs and preferences.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and telecommunication systems.
• Experience in [specific industry, if applicable].
• Resilience and ability to handle rejection positively.
