Job Description

Eosol Group, a leading engineering and technology solutions provider, is seeking a skilled and motivated Benchman to join our train remodelling team in Egypt. As a Benchman, you will play a vital role in the assembly and modification of train components, ensuring that they meet the high standards of safety, efficiency, and reliability that our clients expect. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated background in train remodelling, along with a commitment to quality and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute modifications and assembly of train components on the bench according to specified procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and parameters.
• Utilize a variety of tools and equipment in carrying out assembly operations with precision and accuracy.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the remodelling process to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Identify and report any defects or issues proactively to ensure timely resolutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to train remodelling and technology advancements.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in train remodelling, assembly, or related field.
• Proven experience working with train components and an understanding of relevant engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience with tools and machinery commonly used in train remodelling.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and standard operating procedures in a workshop environment.
• Must be physically capable of performing manual tasks related to train assembly and remodelling.
