Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop technical presentations to explain our automation products and services.
• Discuss tools, needs, and system requirements with customers and engineers.
• Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales automation support.
• Work closely with sales leadership to refine sales processes and align them with automation capabilities.
• Generate high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing orders, and negotiating prices.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all automated systems
• Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
• Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for automation-related issues.
• Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
• Training other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company's automation products and services.
• Monitor and report on sales performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Proven experience in sales automation.
