POSITION SUMMARY

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all Sales Operations related matters (such as Field Sales, Distributors, DSD, etc.) within the assigned geographical "Area/Territory" and ensuring the achievement of agreed objectives and targets.



A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Ensure the achievement of agreed targets/KPIs (NPS, RIG, TS, distribution, call coverage/frequency, merchandising) for the assigned area.
  • Implement, follow up and update Field Sales Plan for the assigned area.
  • Responsible for setting objectives and leading the negotiation process with distributors or any other third-party partners. Execute daily monitoring of customer performance against defined KPIs, such as sales out, inventory level, and on-time order placement.
  • Responsible for the execution of the Channel Category plans at the POP (Cycle Plan from ICP). Support the development of Field Sales and Category channel Plans by providing feedback on the Cycle plan activities execution.
  • Responsible for providing accurate and timely information on demand forecasts by customer, as well as reporting on market dynamics and competitor activities.
  • Coach, motivate and develop Distributors’ or Nestle direct sales force.


What will make you successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs.
  • Chillers' management experience is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Capacity to understand all sales functions i.e. commercial development, Customer, Field sales.
  • Experience in managing Field Sales team.
  • High interpersonal skills and proactiveness.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to perform in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring multitasking & correct prioritization.
  • Ability to work in a close team environment with fast adaptation of communication style according to audience.
  • Flexibility.
  • Full proficiency in English language skills.
