Supply Chain Specialist

Take this outstanding opportunity to help us manage physical flows to fulfil Production / Operations / Return Logistics / Supply Chain requirements while minimizing the clients costs & cash usage in their execution.
Core Responsibilities
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, your main responsibility will be providing administrative support in a busy environment with many deadlines and changes in priorities. You will experience great variation in your tasks.
More specifically you will:

Coordinate and monitor operations
-
Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
-
Plan shipments based on product availability, forecasts and requests
-
Monitor actions and deadlines, and ensure all assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner by coordinating assigned actions well in advance of deadlines
-
Provide data analysis, ad hoc, and regular reports as required to support demands
-
Create and maintain forecasts
-
Participate in inventory controls and keep quality standards high
-
Backup person for various tasks in the team
-
Compile and analyze data for reporting
-
Coordinate and register returned parts from the clients customers (RMA)
-
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
To be successful in this position, we expect that you have:
-
Expert level in Excel
Business experience:
-
Planning, Order Management, Logistics, Customer Service, etc.
-
Attention to detail and a customer focused approach
-
Proficiency in English both written and spoken, knowledge of Danish can be an advantage
-
Joy working in dynamic environment
-
Ability to prioritize assignments to manage many diverse tasks simultaneously
-
Team-player mindset, at the same time, can work independently, when required
Start: Asap
Duration: 10-12 months + option
Location: Fredericia, Denmark
