Are you looking for a dynamic and diverse role that will allow you to apply your project management and support skills to a variety of projects? Do you enjoy working with different teams and stakeholders across the organization? Are you structured, and capable to support and problem solve across many project management domains including: planning, contract management, budgeting, scope and risk management? If so, you might be the perfect candidate for the project support specialist position.

They are seeking a talented junior profile to support across R&D Investments portfolio. Investment projects within portfolio are anywhere from 15 m DKK to above 1 bn DKK and range across construction/rebuild projects, automation projects/programmes and digital. Looking to find a resource willing to learn and quite hands on and willing to learn tools (eg. power BI) and processes.

Support R&D Investments through:

• Light internal project management: Ability to create a project plan that outlines the project scope, timeline, milestones, governance, risks. Ability to follow through on the plan.
  
• Structured Problem-solving
  
• Cross-portfolio analysis and insights
  
• Support in maintanance of portfolio report & portfolio data management
  
• Support in creation of benchmarks across portfolio
  
• Reporting in Power BI: develop and maintain standardized project management reports in Power BI and Excel
  
• Support R&D Investments director in creation of cross-department presentation materials
  
• Problem-solving: Ability to analyze a problem, facilitate input and take action, overcome problems and create progress in the project
  

Qualifications and Soft Skills
To be considered for this position, you should have the following qualifications and soft skills:

• Degree in finance, business administration, IT, project management or related field
  
• Interest in project management, project support, PMO or Portfolio Management
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point
  
• Experience with Clarity, Share Point, Power BI, Coupa and SAP is a plus
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  
• Attention to detail and structured approach
  
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
  
• Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities and deadlines
  
• Proactive approach and Self-Leadership
