As a Lean-Six Sigma Performance Business Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Conduct process analysis to identify areas for improvement across sites, identify performance loss causes and bring up increase potentials (data analytics and data visualisation).
- Collect and analyse data to identify trends and patterns and share conclusions with relevant stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to help develop and implement improvement initiatives.
- Use statistical methods and tools (DOE, MSA etc.) to spot potentials for process optimisations and make suggestions in that direction.
- Make business cases for worth scaling activities across sites and define key deliverables and gains.
- Support stakeholders in finding the most relevant solution for their situation and help the projects by driving relevant tasks and/or tracks.
- Structure and integrate data sources in FPM Performance Improvement Groups in close collaboration with the Data Analysts to provide relevant insights to increase performance.
- Execute 3 star projects according to DMAIC model with relevant stakeholders across the organization
- Provide relevant structure and LEAN-Six Sigma tools based on business needs to successfully conduct and support projects across manufacturing sites
- Anchor Lean- Six sigma methodology for projects derived from FPME strategy and drive the continuous improvement mindset and Provide training and support to team members on Lean Six Sigma methodologies and use of right tools for the projects
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Management, Economics or similar.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst and worked in continuous improvement projects.
- LEAN Black belt certification.
- Strong data analytics and statistical tools competencies.
- Strong IT skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Experience in c LEAN® Supply System and Six Sigma.
- Experience within a Gx P-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Finished Product Manufacturing Environment (FPME) Global Performance is a dynamic and fast-paced department where we focus on driving continuous improvement initiatives across Novo Nordisk. Our team collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions. We are dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in everything we do.
You will become part of the FPM Global Performance area of around 15 colleagues working together to support and optimize processes across all global sites. Our primary responsibility is to drive performance in FPM on all assembly and packaging lines to ensure best practices. We are part of a newly established CVP area called FPM Engineering where we are committed to bringing value to our patients. We do so by supporting all sites with process standardization, ramp-up excellence, and technological leadership enabling Novo Nordisk to serve significantly more patients in need of our products.We are a diverse department with people from different nationalities and backgrounds.
