Deloitte’s Strategy & Performance team advises senior executives on their most critical strategic challenges. We work closely with leadership teams to redefine business strategies, optimize operating models, and drive measurable value through transformative initiatives. Our ~60 consultants bring diverse industry expertise and are based in Copenhagen and Aarhus.

Job Description
As a Management Consultant in Strategy & Performance, you will collaborate with client teams, Deloitte project teams, and senior stakeholders to design and implement strategies that drive growth and improve business performance.
You will contribute to projects such as:

• Strategy Formulation: Develop corporate and business unit strategies.
• Commercial Excellence: Drive improvements in sales performance, pricing, and customer engagement.
• Operating Model Optimization: Enhance operational efficiency and enable strategy execution.
• Cost Transformation: Identify and deliver measurable performance improvements.
• Cash & Working Capital: Identify and deliver cashflow improvements.

Location: This position offers flexibility to be based either in Copenhagen or Aarhus, depending on your preference.

Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates with:

• A master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field (recent graduate or final-year student).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Flexibility to travel based on client needs.
