Activités
As a Contract Management Engineer in the Methods team, you will handle the daily management of General and Fabric maintenance contracts, making sure the contract details and addenda are correct. You will build good relationships with contractors and suppliers, find ways to improve their performance, optimize costs, and enhance the quality of services and products. You will create clear reports and manage contract and project documents. Additionally, you will work closely with the Maintenance Methods team to set and manage the budget, forecast, KPI’s and actuals for the service.

- Progress action plans, and maintenance quality management
- Perform technical analysis and assists in preparing contract committee
- Monitoring related KPI’s set for the team
- Write and update procedures in collaboration with HSSE (Health, Safety, Sustainability and Environment) and Methods as required

Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering degree in a technical discipline such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation
- Ideally 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience
- A deep understanding of CMIMS (SAP PM and MM), Maintenance Management, and Maintenance Operations
- Your proficiency with various IT applications, including MS Office, SAP, and Da Winci, sets you apart
- You excel in cross-functional collaborations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in oral and written English
