We are looking for a new shift manager with experience to join our team at our unique restaurant located in the heart of Copenhagen.

Responsibility
- Lead the team through service.
- Maintain the highest levels of quality according to brand guidelines.
- Being a good role model for your team.
- Keeping the unit clean and presentable and follow mood setting procedures.
- Follow the Guest Journey according to brand guidelines.
- Being an active part of the operations team.
- Shift manager responsibilities ensuring we reach our goals per shift.
- Training of staff and new colleagues.
- Assisting in the controlling of costs such as labor, goods, and other operating expenses.
- Cash Handling.
- Upselling and cross selling according to sales mix.
- Make beverages and handle the bar.
- Be knowledgeable about the full menu, so you can guide the guests to any special needs such as allergies.
- Reporting through internal reporting systems at closing shifts.
- Follow the KPI’s set by management.

- Part time position between 80-120 hours pr month starting as soon as possible.
