What will your day look like?
-
Preparation of all marketing and communication activities with a Head of Local Marketing;
-
Prepares and creates local content on social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Yout Tube, etc.;
-
Controlling and supervising the work of the translators for translating content created by the marketing team;
-
Helping organizing and attend on photo and video shootings, events and other campaigns;
-
Helping the Head of Local with the preparation of local promotions, discounts and executes newsletters;
-
Evaluating data and creating accurate reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and measure its performance;
-
Collaborating with business, marketing and other teams on relevant large- and small-scale projects;
-
Execution of other marketing activities given by the Head of Local Marketing;
-
Ability to come up with “out of box” marketing campaigns or propositions which will lead to generation of profit and building of brand awareness;

Stays up-to-date with current technologies and helps identify social media and marketing trends and key opportunities.
Who are we looking for?
-
3Y+ experience in marketing or/also as social media manager;
-
Graduate of university with focus on marketing, communication and media or similar relevant field;
-
Additional marketing certifications are a plus;
-
Fluent in English and native in Czech;
-
Demonstrated capabilities in social media, communication, marketing strategy and ability to maintain a fast-paced, independent and fluid workflow;

Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform;
-
Ability to multitask and prepare evaluations of campaigns independently;
-
Drive for new ideas and creative thinking with a passion for the health industry and lifestyle;
-
Excellent team working, collaboration and networking skills;
-
Able to balance data-driven decision-making and communications with a strong empathy for the customers and instinct for the market.
