WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team and oversee the Czech and Slovak markets, driving impactful marketing strategies and activities that support our business objectives.
SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, aligning with the overall corporate marketing vision and business goals.
- Manage public relations (PR) and communications efforts, including media relations, press releases, and crisis communications.
- Organize and manage events such as client meetings, trade fairs, business partner events and conferences to enhance P3’s market presence and customer engagement.
- Create and manage the annual marketing budget for both countries, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business priorities.
- Plan and execute commercial campaigns to support leasing efforts and drive tenant engagement.
- Oversee external marketing vendors, including agencies for creative, digital, and PR, ensuring quality and on-time delivery of services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, such as country leadership, sales and asset management teams, to align marketing activities with local needs and expectations.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE
- At least 7 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B or real estate environment.
- A degree in marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Experience in the real estate sector is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in English and Czech/Slovak is required.
