Your Role:
As the Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our presence across Europe and Colombia. Working remotely, you’ll oversee client relationships, drive sales growth, and develop strategies tailored to both markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals for both markets.
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify new business opportunities, onboard clients, and nurture long-term relationships.
- Market Insights: Analyse trends and provide actionable insights for both European and American markets.
- Cross-Market Collaboration: Work closely with teams in both regions to align efforts and ensure seamless communication.
- Negotiations & Deals: Lead high-level negotiations to secure contracts while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Experience: Proven track record as a Sales Manager in fashion, textiles, or garment production.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish is essential. Knowledge of other languages are a bonus.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic planning abilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools for remote management.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working across time zones and cultures.
- Passion: A commitment to sustainability and the fashion industry.
