What you will do
This position will work on ONES4 Procurement implementation brining value to the business!
Will work in close collaboration with the business planning teams ensuring strong adoption of new capabilities/processes
The role will be responsible for articulating and administering deployment of the vision, roadmap and capability set needed across the deliver ERP space to meet the business needs into the future. Key to this will be working with the technology team to define what capability set should be developed/supported in or outside the ERP as we strive for harmonization and modularity

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Procurement process design within ONES4 program:
• Procurement Master data (PIR, Contract, Source List)
• Vendor Management
• Price management
• Reports and Analytics
• Ensure process designed supports Procurement transformation vision
• Lead project execution ensuring flawless execution
• Explore, Build, Test, Deploy
• Govern Procurement template within ONES4, ensuring a Global process is preserved
• Owns detail design ensuring business requirements are met
• Connect with R2P BPO to ensure E2E consistency across both processes

The Procurement BPO will support the program by working with the local, regional and global function leaders to coordinate the effective definition, development, testing and flawless adoption and go lives of our new deliver S4 capabilities.

Work closely with Procurement function in particular Procurement Co E to ensure a robust E2E solution and template is documented and deployed supporting the key procurement strategic objectives.

Qualifications

Education:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
• MBA is desired
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication and presentation skills are required
• Strong project management experience, process improvement and problem-solving skills.
• Results-orientated, out of the box thinking, practical, analytical, attention to detail, self-motivated, and a team-player

Experience and Skills:

Required:

• Minimum of 10 years of related Supply Chain Procurement experience is required.

• Must have strong process design experience in the Procurement areas – leading and driving core project deliverables and adoption.

• Outstanding stakeholder management experience at the most senior levels, superior influencing, and collaboration skills required

• End to End thinking driving more coordinated processes

• Experience on ERP implementation programs is desired

• Must be comfortable with constructively challenging the status quo and looking for new ways to improve processes and results.

Preferred:

• Clear understanding of external Supply Chain trends and emerging new practices
• Experience working with Quality, Plan and Procurement is preferred
• Experience working across more than one Source domain is important.
• Experience in reference data operational processes and data lifecycle activities is preferred

Other:

• This role requires English language proficiency.
• Requires up to 25% 30 travels, domestically and internationally.
