Job Overview
As a Google Ads Specialist at Core Bridge Solutions, you will be pivotal in steering our internal digital advertising strategies towards remarkable success. Harnessing your expertise in Google Ads, you’ll optimize campaigns to achieve peak performance and maximize ROI, all while innovating within a collaborative team environment. This role offers you a unique platform to advance your skills, lead impactful initiatives, and directly contribute to shaping innovative digital marketing practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and launch targeted Google Ads campaigns that align directly with Core Bridge Solutions' strategic marketing goals.
• Implement optimization strategies to adjust bids, refine targeting, and tweak ad creatives to enhance campaign ROI and efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to integrate Google Ads strategies with broader marketing objectives.
• Efficiently manage the allocated Google Ads budget to maximize campaign outcomes and financial performance.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance, including actionable insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Research and stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in digital advertising to keep our strategies at the forefront of the industry.
• Propose and test new marketing approaches and tools to continually improve our digital advertising efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• Relevant experience managing Google Ads with a proven track record of successful campaign management.
• In-depth knowledge of SEM, PPC, and digital advertising principles.
• Excellent analytical skills and a knack for interpreting trends and data.
• Solid communication skills, capable of crafting clear and persuasive messages for varied audiences.
• Certification in Google Ads preferred.
• Knowledge of Chat GPT 4 is advantageous.
