Job Overview
Core Bridge Solutions, a leader in digital and operational advancements across various industries, is seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager to guide the strategic and tactical execution of our digital marketing initiatives. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on management, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with optimal effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the project management process to effectively plan and execute timelines for digital campaigns across various channels including web, social media, email, and more.
- Lead cross-functional teams, coordinating with marketing, sales, product development, and external agencies to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain project management tools (e.g. Click Up) to track progress, manage resources, and ensure continuous communication within the team.
- Analyze marketing data to report on campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize future marketing strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, including SEO strategies, to provide expert advice to clients and improve project outcomes.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and project management, particularly in leading marketing projects to successful outcomes.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or significant relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing and project management tools and analytics software. Proficiency in Click Up is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively across organizational levels, lead diverse teams, and effectively motivate staff towards achieving business objectives.
- Proven expertise in managing resources efficiently and maintaining systematic progress on multiple projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
