To make it a success, we are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals such as swimming instructors, to be a part of our team.

Qualifications:
  • Exceptional swimming instructor.
Insurance:
  • All swimming instructors should be insured.
Responsibilities:
  • Implement a safety strategy when monitoring clients/customers. Ensure they’re safe in a fun environment during activities.
  • Coordinate activities to support our mission. Ensure a safe and legal environment. Promote excellent client/customer service and help cultivate a strong brand image.
  • Put in place a quality control strategy. Coordinate with all stakeholders and ensure its effectiveness. Provide superior quality client/customer service with the help of various communication tools.
  • Review all client/customer progress progressions with the activities. Liaise with us where required.
  • Service clients/customers, track and respond to complaints and inappropriate behaviour. Escalate when necessary.
  • Review technique guidelines located in manuals. Adapt methods where appropriate. Ensure they are up to date.
  • Produce reports relevant to client/customer progressions. Highlight any issues and outcomes.
  • Track effective benchmarks for measuring client/customer progression. Analyze reviews. Report on the effectiveness of quality control policy.
  • Give clients/customers feedback and insights on the progress gained from activities.
  • Track all industry, company, and facility information and news to anticipate potential issues.
Tools:
  • Must have swimming instruction materials for adult swimming lessons.
  • Must have a computer, smartphone, tablet, other equipment, and software.
  • Should have access to swimming equipment.
  • Should have access to video, sound, tripod, editing, and other equipment and software.

Education:
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have formal or informal education in adult swimming lessons.
Facilities:
  • Preference is given if you have access to a pool.
Experience:
  • At least 1+ years of practical experience teaching adult swimming lessons.
  • Proficient in your skills.
Requirements:
  • Excellent technical, problem-solving, problem-preventing, and creative-thinking skills and abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to understand clients’/customers’ needs.
  • Ability to focus on and multitask various activities at a time.
  • An open-minded individual who can customize activities and create and deliver manual content.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, reliable, energetic, punctual, hardworking, and willing to learn.
  • Proven organizational skills to plan and work without compromising quality.
  • Self-motivated self-starter with the ability to work and deliver results.
  • Approachable and professional demeanour that establishes trusting relationships with clients/customers.
  • Ability to create your schedule and meet tight deadlines while working with us.
  • Takes initiative, identifies areas for improvement, and recommends solutions.
Benefits:
  • Provide opportunities for you to have a flexible work schedule.
  • Provide opportunities for you to set your pricing, where our platform retains 20%, Stripe claims 5%, leaving you with 75%–65%. However, factor in potential deductions, such as a 10% deduction for points redeemed by users and/or a 10% decrease for applied discounts.
