We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Client Service Representative. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional client experience and have previous veterinary clinic experience.
Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
- Provide support to our clients in person, over the phone and through email
- Process invoices including using POS system
-Handle cash, debit and credit card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area
- Prepare examination rooms
-Counsel clients on food and retail items
- Schedule appointments and manage appointment calendar
-Other office tasks
Requirements
-Genuine love of engaging with clients,
- Previous experience in a veterinary setting is required
- Ability to multi-task and handle stressful situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
-Experience with Cornerstone software helpful
