WHAT IS THE ROLE?
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented e Commerce Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage our Amazon Seller and Vendor accounts, optimize product listings, and ensure smooth operations across other e Commerce platforms. You will collaborate with multiple departments and play a key role in maintaining accurate product inventory, reporting, and performing quality assurance on our websites.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate Amazon Seller Central accounts daily in the US and Canada (Shopify and other marketplace experience is advantageous).
• Create, maintain, and optimize Amazon product listings, including SEO, A+ Premium Content & storefront, in line with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Product Development teams to execute comprehensive e Commerce strategies.
• Set up and monitor e Commerce ads, track analytics, and optimize campaigns for growth and profitability.
• Analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost conversion rates and sales.
• Investigate and troubleshoot Amazon Seller Central issues, including account health and listing problems.
• Ensure product performance and reviews are optimized for customer satisfaction and a positive reputation.
• Assist with website management, including product category management, pricing optimization, and banner uploads.

WHO YOU ARE:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role; new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in e Commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and experience with product listings and inventory management.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to act as a point of contact (POC) across teams and with external partners.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle repetitive tasks with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with sales reports and best-seller analytics.
• Experience in website QA and troubleshooting is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of SEO.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
