YOUR ROLE
As a Client Support Representative, you will work with a team of dedicated legal and software professionals, and be tasked with:

• Assisting legal professionals with technical and real estate transaction inquiries;
• Managing large volumes of incoming calls and accurately recording all call interactions and support tickets using our company's ticketing and Customer Relationship Management systems;
• Aiding in the development of cutting-edge Lawyer Done Deal software, in areas such as design and functionality;
• Assisting with reports, filing, correspondence, etc.;
• Organizing and managing office projects/assignments, as needed.

ARE YOU THE PERFECT CANDIDATE?
Qualifications:
We’re looking for someone who:

• Fully proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications and widely-used Internet Browsers (e.g. Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, etc.);
• Fully proficient in written and spoken English;
• Well-rounded and has extensive extracurricular experience working as part of a team;
• Able to actively collaborate, critically think, and deal with clients in a professional manner.
• You must be a self-starter and an independent thinker.
