We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Team Leader to join our dynamic team and drive the development of our Semiconductors Technology platforms.

What you will do

As a Team Leader, you will play a critical role in guiding and managing a technical team specializing in the development of Semiconductor Technologies Platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Team Leadership: provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers by fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Project Management: oversee project timelines, ensuring that all milestones are met and projects are delivered on schedule.
Technical Guidance: guide the technical team in the design, development, and characterization of devices, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Oversee the development and implementation of silicon design platforms and PDKs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
Resource Allocation: manage resources effectively to maximize productivity and achieve project goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including test engineers, process and integration engineers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design methodologies, tools, and processes.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in silicon design and PDK technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Who you are
You are motivated, self-driven and passionate for semiconductors technologies and IC design. You cover most of below qualifications and expertise:

Master's degree or Ph D in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.
Strong background in Si Technology development, device design, photonics and characterization.
Experience in developing and maintaining PDKs.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
