As a Personal Assistant you are sponsible for providing administrative support to the Vice President (VP) Benelux: planning, respond with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require immediate response, maintain confidentiality of information, and possess exceptional organization and communication skills. Represents Coloplast internally and externally and frequently interacts with executive and senior leadership levels within Coloplast.
Responsabilities
Proactively information flow management designed to maximize the Vice President’s productivity and ensure all requests receive attention with the proper level of urgency
Takes minutes from Business meetings
Organises internal and external meetings
Acts as point of contact for Corporate Communications and is responsible for local implementation of global communication
Provides complex calendar management – strategically prioritizes and manages VP’s schedule and calendar
Prioritizes and manages travel scheduling and itineraries, both domestic and international
Prepares high-level presentations and/or reports using MS Powerpoint, MS Word and MS Excel
Monitors and completes expense reports and routes appropriately
Composes letters, memos and other written correspondance as requested
Profile
Demonstrates a strong initiative, autonomy, and problem-solving skills
Exercises sound judgment and sensitivity in maintaining confidential materials with discretion
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels, in person and over the phone, both within and outside the company
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to be a team player and work on cross-functional, diverse teams
Maintains a positive attitude in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Ability to prioritize and effectively manage workload
Hands on mentality / Flexible
Typically 5+ years of executive support experience
High School diploma or equivalent required, Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred
Advanced computer skills in Excel, Word and Power Point
Fluent in Dutch, French and English written and oral skills
