Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee and optimize Beeple's financial functions and help guide the company’s strategic growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and is eager to make a tangible impact. As our Finance Manager, you’ll work closely with senior management to lead financial planning and analysis, budgeting, compliance, and cash flow management. Your expertise will be critical in making data-backed decisions that fuel Beeple's success.

Responsibilities:

• Process Transformation: Modernize back-office functions by implementing automation, streamlining workflows, and integrating advanced financial systems
• Financial Strategy & Analysis: Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting, providing data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee and manage budgeting processes, forecasts, and financial modeling to provide strategic insights and track performance against targets.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, providing insights into Beeple’s financial health.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with Belgian accounting standards and tax laws. Identify and manage financial risks, maintaining robust internal controls.
• Cash Flow & Cost Management: Monitor cash flow and liquidity to support operations. Develop and implement cost optimization initiatives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to optimize financial processes and support business decisions.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a small finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence

Who are you?

You’re someone who takes pride in making sure the numbers are right. As part of the leadership team, you provide insight-driven advice that influences Beeple’s direction and success. In addition we are looking for someone who is ticking the following:

• Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master’s degree, CPA, or ACCA certification is highly valued
• Experience: 5+ years of finance management experience, ideally in a tech or Saa S environment
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Belgian GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations. Experience of working with the google suit
• Analytical Skills: Proven ability to interpret complex financial data and trends, with excellent problem-solving skills
• Communication: Clear, concise communicator with the ability to present financial data to diverse stakeholders
• Language: Fluency in English and Dutch; French proficiency is a plus
