We are looking for an enthusiastic Facility Officer who will play a key role in the maintenance and inspection of our corporate facilities. In this dynamic position, you will not only be responsible for the timely repair and maintenance of our sites, but also act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
You are the linchpin in the web, always alert and proactive in identifying and addressing problems. You seamlessly coordinate the work of external contractors and suppliers, ensuring that all repairs and maintenance work is carried out to the highest standards and on schedule.
In addition, you manage the operational follow-up of service contracts such as cleaning services and coffee machines. This means you are the point of contact for these suppliers and take care of the administrative processing.
Furthermore, you ensure a neat and orderly working environment by carrying out regular inspection rounds. If you notice any defects, you contact the relevant supplier or contractor immediately.

Requirements

• Accuracy, eye for detail
• Proactive mindset
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of well-being legislation and environmental legislation, specific software (AFAS/SAP) and associated coding, departmental terminology and proprietary procedures
• Working independently within clear procedures, identifying errors and ambiguities
• Excellent knowledge of both Dutch and English.
