As a Data Governance Manager, you will lead initiatives focused on critical data governance streams, including Enterprise Data Modelling, Data Regulatory Affairs, Data Governance Tools, and Data Quality. You will play a vital role in defining strategies, managing teams, and ensuring the organization’s adherence to data governance standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Define the mission, objectives, and strategy for the data governance stream you oversee.
Lead a team of data governance experts and data quality analysts to meet stream objectives.
Collaborate with other managers and senior leadership to manage data governance, quality, and regulatory activities across the organization.
Establish and enforce data governance, quality, modeling, and regulatory frameworks to ensure data policies, standards, and practices are met at the business and organizational level.
Serve as an escalation point for issues related to data governance, quality, integrity, protection, and regulatory compliance.
Partner with business and functional leaders to improve the quality and value of core data assets.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, or engineering (Ph D is an advantage). Candidates with substantial analytics knowledge from other academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the field.
Technical Experience:
Mandatory: Enterprise Data Modelling, Data Regulatory Affairs, Data Governance Tools, Data Quality.
Preferable: Additional experience in related technical or business fields is an asset.

50% on-site, 50% homeworking.
