Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• A Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree at a nationally recognised/certified university in a related subject, such as accounting, finance or business management, and 5 years’ post-related experience (exceptionally, lack of a university/college degree may be compensated by at least 15 years’ extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the post);
• Experience in different aspects of financial planning and/or budgeting;
• Extensive experience in the use of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Power Point.

Desirable:

• Proven experience in the use of ERP systems;
• Experience in regular use of Oracle Financial Tools;
• Experience in applying IPSAS, IFRS, and/or IAS.

Duties/role:

• Assisting in managing all financial and budgetary aspects within the NIMSC Business Area;
• Contributing to the development of NIMSC Budgetary Forecast, Business Execution Plans, and Acquisition Procurement Plans;
• Preparing correspondence, documents, and reports on matters pertaining to the NIMSC budget and the financial management.
