Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• A degree from a university or establishment of similar standing;
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Enterprise or large international organization environments;
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel) and Power BI.

Desirable:

• Experience within NATO or an international organisation or enterprise;
• Knowledge of NATO Financial Regulations;
• Experience with operation of automated budget and accounting systems (ERP types).

Duties/role:

• Supporting the OCIO Financial Team to lead the budget execution, financial planning, reporting and coordination, inside the office and between the OCIO and its stakeholders;
• Supporting the OCIO Financial Team in reviewing, tracking, and processing timesheets and invoices for the OCIO BO approval;
• Supporting the OCIO Financial Team in preparing draft reports on financial related meetings and on the analysis of the planning and execution of the OCIO budgets.
