Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented IT Specialist and Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this dual-role position, you will provide technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring efficient resolution of IT-related issues, while also overseeing and managing logistics operations within the company. Responsibilities:
IT Specialist:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly and accurately.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
- Document and track support requests using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions.
- Provide training and assistance to users on IT-related topics and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Manage and oversee logistics processes, ensuring efficient movement of goods, equipment, and materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to ensure availability and reduce waste.
- Assist with the procurement process and ensure logistics operations comply with company standards.
- BAHRAINIS ONLY REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating system.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills in other fields related to the role is a plus.
Pay: BD450.000 per month
