As a Graphics & Marketing Specialist at Alzayani Investments, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote our brand and drive business growth. You will work closely with the marketing team and collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. As a Graphics & Marketing Specialist at Alzayani Investments, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote our brand and drive business growth. You will work closely with the marketing team and collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and events.
- Design and create attractive ads to promote current products.
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence to engage with the target audience and increase brand awareness.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in marketing and graphic design.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (Photoshop, illustrator, Adobe Pro, etc.).
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of market research and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools, including social media, email marketing, and analytics.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
