Sales & Marketing Executive - Luxury Lifestyle Magazine (Bahrain)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in maximizing our advertising revenue by strategically selling both print and digital ad space to high-end brands and businesses. This role combines your sales prowess with creative marketing initiatives to elevate the magazine's brand awareness and attract new clients.
Responsibilities:
Sales:
● Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the Bahraini luxury sector
● Create compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs and brand objectives
● Negotiate and close advertising contracts for print and digital ad space
● Manage and track assigned sales quota
● Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, and cold calling Marketing:
● Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote the magazine and its advertising opportunities
● Manage and build the magazine's social media presence
● Collaborate with the editorial team to identify content creation opportunities that align with client interests
● Craft and distribute engaging marketing materials (e.g., brochures, e-blasts)
● Track and analyze marketing campaign performance Ǫualifications:
● Minimum 2 years of experience in media sales and marketing, ideally within the luxury or B2B sector
● Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
● Strong understanding of the Bahraini luxury market and its key players
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
● Creative and analytical mindset with a passion for marketing trends
● Ability to build strong relationships and manage client expectations
● Excellent time management and organizational skills
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and social media platforms
● A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed
● Bilingual (English and Arabic) is a strong asset Benefits:
