Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented IT Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of IT-related issues. Also, innovate, plan and implement new IT solutions as required. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and a passion for delivering exceptional IT service.
Responsibilities:
Pay: BD450.000 per month

Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly and accurately.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
- Document and track support requests using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
- Collaborate with other members of the IT team to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions.
- Provide training and assistance to users on IT-related topics and best practices.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to support continuous improvement efforts.
- BAHRAINIS ONLY REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating system.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiarity with field most common business applications is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in the same field are a plus.
Pay: BD450.000 per month
