We're interested in hearing from people who

• Are confident in leading and managing stakeholders, peers and your team in a fast paced, dynamic environment

• Highly skilled in strategic sourcing with demonstrated experience in designing and delivering innovative sourcing strategies across multiple talent segments

• Have a track record of developing a team and strategic sourcing capability

• Preferably have a strong understanding of technology, product and banking talent marketplaces

• Have functional knowledge of sourcing and talent community management tools and technology

• Can confidently use multiple data sources to inform insights and recommendations

• Maintain a curious and humble attitude, challenge the status quo, and be ambitious in delivering value
