What You'll Do:

• Crafting and executing recruitment strategies that help us expand our footprint across key global markets such as UK, EU, and broader APAC,
• Running the full recruitment cycle - from initial conversations to celebrating accepted offers for a broad range of disciplines such as Engineering, Clinical Research and GTM teams,
• Getting creative with sourcing strategies and building meaningful relationships with candidates,
• Using your expertise with recruitment tools and data to make smart hiring decisions,
• Building and engaging diverse talent pools that reflect the communities we serve, and
• Keeping your finger on the pulse of recruitment trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table.

What You'll Bring:

• Prior experience in talent acquisition (3+ years),
• Demonstrated track record of positive candidate/customer experience,
• Comfort with modern recruitment tools and a data-driven mindset,
• Proven examples of employer and/or talent branding initiatives (open to seeing anything ranging from regular social media posts through to full talent marketing plans).
• The ability to build trust and rapport across different cultures and backgrounds, and
• The adaptability and proactivity to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves:

• Experience in healthcare, technology or AI, and
• Knowledge of hiring practices outside of Australia.
