Your New Role
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will design and deliver recruitment strategies that attract the right talent aligned with Aware's long term workforce needs and strategic objectives. You will create a candidate experience that sets Aware apart from our competitors.
You will work as part of a delivery squad dedicated to our Investments Value Stream, and you will facilitate internal mobility opportunities, including redeployment. This role acts as a brand ambassador and looks to strengthen the Aware employer brand, creating connections with both current candidates and future talent.
Some of your duties will include:
  • Leading a full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection, coaching leaders to speak to our EVP.
  • Delivery DEIB focussed sourcing strategies
  • Build and sustain a dynamic talent pipeline
  • Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
  • Partnering with Senior Leaders to deeply understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies

Please note, to be considered for this role, you must have proven experience recruiting within the Investments space.

  • A demonstrated commitment to candidate experience
  • Strong proven ability to partner with Senior Leadership
  • Skilled in developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and external partners.
  • You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
