Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated New Graduate Speech Pathologists to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience working with predominately paediatric clients, expand your knowledge, and develop your clinical skills with weekly 1:1 supervision sessions with an experienced Senior Speech Therapist. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow and thrive as you embark on your speech pathology career.   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Willingness to work with a paediatric caseload (desirable).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for clients with communication and swallowing difficulties.
  • Develop and implement individualised therapy programs to achieve client goals.
  • Maintain accurate client records, including assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and supervision to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and clinical practices in speech pathology.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology (recently completed).
  • Eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Working with Children Check and National Police Check (required).
