Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated New Graduate Speech Pathologists to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience working with predominately paediatric clients, expand your knowledge, and develop your clinical skills with weekly 1:1 supervision sessions with an experienced Senior Speech Therapist. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow and thrive as you embark on your speech pathology career. Additionally, we offer a generous $1,000 annual Professional Development budget to support your learning and career growth.

About You

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Willingness to work with a paediatric caseload (desirable).
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for clients with communication and swallowing difficulties.
- Develop and implement individualised therapy programs to achieve client goals.
- Maintain accurate client records, including assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and supervision to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated with the latest research and clinical practices in speech pathology.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology (recently completed).
- Eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Working with Children Check and National Police Check (required).

- This role is mobile based in the Narellan to Campbelltown region. It is a fully mobile role, with flexible working hours available.
