We are searching for an experienced and driven Senior Fullstack Developer to lead and mentor our dynamic development team. This role will allow you to apply your expertise in modern Java Script, end-to-end application architecture, and AI/ML to develop innovative, scalable software solutions. As a Senior Developer, you will make key technical decisions, mentor team members, and contribute directly to projects, all while promoting best practices.
What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor junior developers on coding standards, architecture, and best practices. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Shape the technical direction of projects, focusing on scalability, innovation, and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and UX/UI Designers to build responsive, cross-platform web applications. Optimise front-end performance to ensure compatibility across browsers and devices.
• Architect and maintain server-side logic and APIs using Node.js, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficient access patterns.
• Lead AI/ML solution integration to enhance product features, using relevant tools and frameworks to seamlessly integrate with the tech stack.
• Define API contracts, bridge front-end and back-end components, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and optimise the application stack.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of fullstack development experience, with a strong command of Java Script.
• Proven experience in AI/ML applications and integrations, with a deep understanding of relevant frameworks and algorithms.
• Advanced expertise in front-end technologies, Java Script frameworks, and back-end development with Node.js, including server-side frameworks and database management.
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms and containerisation technologies.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, creating a positive and productive work environment, along with strong communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration and client interactions.

What is nice to have:

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Contributions to open-source projects, technical blogs, or other developer communities.

Pay: $120,000.00 – $146,856.97 per year
