• Strong knowledge of business and enterprise telco, including NBN access, CPE, Fibre, Vo IP, and Data Centre cross-connects
• Experience implementing SD-WAN, MPLS, and Layer 2 networks
• Hands-on experience and certifications in Cisco/Fortinet (e.g., CCNA, NSE4/5)
• Experience with Hosted Phone Systems, Cloud Connect, and Managed Routers
• Passion for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies
• Proven coaching and mentoring experience with technical teams
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and teamwork skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations

• Work with customers to understand their needs and enable smooth connectivity and solutions (e.g., backups, IP configuration, firewalls)
• Collaborate with Sales to design and configure solutions tailored to customer needs
• Configure network infrastructure, including Cisco, Fortinet, and Meraki systems
• Support installation teams to ensure smooth service and hardware setups
• Provide handover documentation, including network designs and configurations
• Conduct technical research and liaise with Strategic Products and Marketing teams as needed
• Stay updated on Aussie Broadband’s product offerings and network capabilities
• Motivate the team to meet KPIs and develop their skills
