Salary range: $72,000-75,000
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manger to join our team to assist in the overall operation of restaurant including supervising the kitchen and serving staff.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Oversee the overall operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient performance.
· Lead and train staff to improve service quality and ensure team efficiency.
· Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing feedback and handling complaints.
· Collaborate with the chef team and management to discuss and implement new menu ideas, ensuring quality and innovation.
· Assist in managing the restaurant’s budget, monitor financial activities, and ensure cost control and profitability goals are met.
· Manage inventory control and goods purchasing to ensure the availability of key ingredients and supplies.
· Plan and coordinate special functions and events, and private bookings.
· Conduct regular daily and weekly safety inspections of food service equipment to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
· Manage staff planning and find replacement staff where necessary.
Required Qualification and Experience
· Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or equivalent.
· At least 2 years’ experience in hospitality management.
Required Knowledge and Skills
· Experience with Japanese cuisine is essential.
· In-depth knowledge of food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
· Demonstrated experience in budget management, cost control, and financial oversight.
· Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
· Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
· Proficiency in inventory management and purchasing strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Restaurant management: 2 years (Preferred)
