What will you be doing?
We are on the lookout for a passionate, proactive Restaurant & Bar Manager for Hilton Brisbane. In this role you will be responsible for -
- Leading the F&B team in fulfilling Hilton’s Purpose
- The effective leadership of a high performing team that meets or exceeds targets in relation to People, Profit, Customer and Quality
- Responsibility for Vintaged Bar & Restaurant and In Room Dining
- Ensuring team members work to achieve consistent service standards, are possessed of excellent product knowledge and are provided with every opportunity to achieve their career goals
- Overall profitability of the department
- Collaboration with other stakeholders to ensure departmental revenues flow through to profit in line with company objectives
- MUST have the right to work in Australia (we are not able to offer work sponsored VISA for this position)
- Proven leadership experience at a senior level and able to demonstrate the ability to deliver tangible results
- Friendly, positive, energetic disposition with a passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service and hospitality
