• Coordinate close out of breakdown work orders (WO) with subcontracting companies
• Assist senior management in creating progress and financial reports
• Work closely with Planning, Subcontractor Management, Helpdesk and Operational teams to deliver the planned maintenance and breakdown maintenance orders on time
• Issue purchase orders and provide administration support for the allocated region
• Update daily tracking Share Point to show current state of allocated WOs

• Proficient in IT applications such as SAP and Microsoft Suite
• Experience in maintenance, construction or infrastructure industries (Advantageous)
• Current C Class Driver Licence (Advantageous)
• Certificate III in Business Administration (Advantageous)
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
