Position Overview:
The Product Manager EVCI plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and profitability of Intium’s products and services across our strategic pillar of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure (EVCI). This position focuses on identifying and capitalising on EVCI business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and managing the product lifecycle to ensure alignment with market needs and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes in the EV charging market; analyse market data and feedback to refine product offerings.
- Contribute to and execute business development strategies to expand product reach and drive revenue growth in the EV charging sector.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including ideation, development, and commercialisation, while monitoring product performance.
- Ensure engineering product specifications for EV chargers meet regulatory standards and market requirements.
- Identify, pursue, and support new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive sales and enhance market presence.
- Responsible for ensuring projects and SLAs are delivered and meet budget, time and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, and industry stakeholders relevant to EV charging infrastructure.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on market trends, product performance, and business development activities.
- Continuously monitor product offerings, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field, or Equivalent demonstrated capability through experience and relevant qualifications.
Experience | Skills
- Proven experience in business development and product/project management roles within the EV charging or high voltage connections infrastructure markets.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, market dynamics, and technological advancements in the EV charging industry.
- Demonstrated capability in project management and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Ability to conduct market research and analysis to create relevant and successful EV charging products and services.
- Proven ability to craft tailored sales strategies that achieve or exceed sales quotas.
- Experience in collaborating with internal teams and external partners to develop and launch new EV charging products and services.
