In this Private Client Director role.
This Private Client Director (PCD) role is effectively the face of NAB Private Wealth. The pivotal role will have strong business development and relationship management responsibilities, professionally representing the business in direct client interactions as well as in associated business, community, and social networks.
As a Private Client Director you will be responsible for proactively developing and building a portfolio of valued Private Client relationships. This includes creating a portfolio from the ground up and driving growth of the business across multiple client portfolios through existing client relationships and acquisition of new customers.
Client satisfaction is paramount, leading to consistent advocacy for our services.
Responsibilities include but not limited to

Grow, develop, and manage a portfolio of high and ultra-high value complex customers.
Identify new business and referral opportunities and establish, develop, and utilise networks of internal and external contacts.
Use experience and knowledge to help clients preserve and grow their wealth.
Personally sanction lending within own Delegated Lending authorities
Prepare and submit for approval consumer and business lending proposals outside own authorities with full justification for recommendations, including obtaining and analysing industry and business information.
Collaborate with internal specialists to best serve your customers.
Identify customers’ goals and aspirations through quality conversations and face to face meetings.

What you will bring

Previous banking experience dealing with High-Net-Worth clients, and Ultra High-Net-Worth clients.
Previous experience within Private banking, Business banking, Asset Management, Markets and/or Investment banking.
Extensive banking experience, particularly in relation to complex credit/lending/investments
Proven experience with business development/acquisition of new clients.
Sound understanding of banking products and services.
