Pharmacist in Charge

We are seeking a Pharmacist(s) in Charge to join us on a full-time basis to be responsible for customer service, all elements of the dispensary and some elements of front of shop at our pharmacy at Broadmeadow Medical Centre.
The role offers 38 hours per week, which can be structured over 4 days including some weekend work.
Key accountabilities
- Provide exceptional customer service with prescription and non-prescription sales.
- Accurate and timely prescription dispensing using Z Dispense (similar to FRED).
- Counselling customers about medications and assisting with inquiries and arranging deliveries.
- Implementation and administration of pharmacy services (PPIs etc.).
- Dose administration aid supply.
Required skills & attributes
- Hold an AHPRA pharmacist registration and a B.Pharm/M.Pharm.
- Must have Full Australian working rights.
- Be passionate about providing healthcare solutions.
- Be reliable with exceptional customer service skills.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have the ability to work in a small team.
- Have 2 or more years' experience (although exceptional candidates with less, including newly registered pharmacists, are welcome to apply).
- HMR accredited.
- Remuneration negotiable with a great hourly rate and incentives available to the right candidate.
- Ability to structure hours over 4 days.
- Start date is flexible; December start date desirable.
- Handover with incumbent pharmacist with on-the-job training and mentorship by owner.

- Australia (Preferred)
