Slade Pharmacy Frankston is conveniently located on the ground floor of Frankston Private Hospital, providing a wide range of pharmacy products, expert advice, and specialised services, from oncology and post-op recovery to IVF medication support.

In This Role, You Will:

• Deliver efficient and accurate medication dispensing and distribution
• Provide expert clinical pharmacy services
• Conduct medication history interviews and reconciliation, ensuring seamless patient care transitions
• Offer medication counselling and education to patients, empowering them in their treatment journeys
• Supervise the accuracy of prescriptions dispensed by pharmacy technicians
• Build and nurture professional relationships with healthcare teams, ensuring outstanding customer service
• Contribute to the ongoing education and training of pharmacy, nursing, and medical staff
• Help manage imprest services and maintain continuity of medication supply
