Our OSHC team is seeking to find our next superstar Lead Educator in a part time capacity – 30.45 hours per week. Variety of locations - Koo Wee Rup, Lang Lang, Bayles, Drouin South. Currently this program focuses on providing after before and after school care from Monday to Friday and the roster would be below.
Monday: 6.15-8.45 & 3.15-6.30
Tuesday: 6.15-8.45 & 3.15-6.30 + 2 hrs planning
Wednesday: 6.15-8.45 & 3.15-6.30
Thursday: 6.15-8.45 & 3.15-6.30
Friday: 6.15-8.45 & 3.15-6.30
**additional hours provided for professional development, training, team meetings and more.
As Windermere is a not-for-profit organisation, employees are able to claim everyday living expenses up to $15,900 against their annual Pre-Tax Salary. See examples below and note this depends on your individual circumstances:
CS Level 4.1 Hourly Rate - $32.03 without Salary Packaging, this is the equivalent to $35.37 with Salary Packaging
CS Level 4.2 Hourly Rate - $32.52 without Salary Packaging, this is the equivalent to $35.93 with Salary Packaging
CS Level 4.3 Hourly Rate - $33.01 without Salary Packaging, this is the equivalent to $36.55 with Salary Packaging

Desired Skills and Experience
- Lead planning, preparing and delivering innovative play-based learning activities
- Lead staff to ensure professional working relationships with families, school leaders in the school communities community are maintained
- Maintain excellent health, safety and wellbeing of children through management of compliance
- ACECQA approved qualification for Educators working with over preschool children
- Current Victorian Working with Children’s Check and Victorian Drivers’ Licence.
- Level 2 First Aid, including CPR and anaphylaxis and asthma management training or willingness to undertake
- Understanding of the needs and development of school age children
- Previous experience and/or Food Safety Handling certificate would be an advantage
- Demonstrated experience in working within the National Quality Framework
- Demonstrated ability and understanding of developing positive relationships with children and families
- Willingness to promote and support practices that are inclusive, culturally responsive, safe and accessible.
- Willingness to undertake pre-employment screening - Working with Children, Police check and medical assessment.
- Current Victorian Drivers’ Licence.
- Right to Work in Australia e.g. Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
