About the Role:
     •     Provide comprehensive care for patients across all ages.
     •     Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions with autonomy.
     •     Collaborate with GPs and allied health professionals to deliver holistic care.
     •     Participate in preventative health initiatives and health education.
     •     Maintain accurate patient records and follow evidence-based practice guidelines.
Requirements:
     •     Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with relevant qualifications.
     •     Proven experience in primary care, general practice, or community health.
     •     Strong clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously.
     •     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
