Located in Brendale, Tizzone Manufacturing is an expanding company specialising in metal fabrication, custom metal windows and structural fabrication.
Job description
We are currently seeking a motivated and qualified Metal Fabricator worker to join our team.
Responsibilities

Review technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to determine the requirements for metal fabrication projects
Cut, bend, and shape metal components using a range of fabrication equipment such as saws, drill presses, and grinders
Weld or join metal components together using various techniques and methods including MIG, TIG, and Oxy-Fuel Gas welding
Assemble and construct metal products, ensuring that the final product is accurate, functional, and meets the required specifications
Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet safety and quality standards
Regularly maintain and clean equipment, and machinery used in the workshop
Collaborate with team members, including designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure project deadlines and objectives are met
Continuously develop knowledge of industry trends and advancements in metal fabrication techniques
Actively participate in Company programs including but not limited to training and invited meetings
Follow Company Policies and Procedures including Safety Management
Follow Company Code of Conduct

Experience

At least four years of relevant experience
Must be able to work alone while being supported in a small team environment
Good communication skills are a must both written and verbal

Qualifications

Australian AQF Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication or equivalent overseas
