Up to $2400+ per week on a 50hr week
Permanent, Full Time

As our valued Mechanical Fitter, your expertise will be essential to ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, playing a crucial role in M2P's success.
Based at our Salisbury workshop, you’ll use your skills to:

• Perform maintenance, assembly, and repairs on a variety of mechanical equipment.
• Work with precision tools and machinery to deliver quality outcomes.
• Ensure all equipment complies with safety standards and is fit for purpose.
• Support ongoing project needs with your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

You’ll Make an Impact By:

• Inspecting, assembling, and installing mechanical systems with accuracy and care.
• Diagnosing faults and implementing repairs to maintain operational efficiency.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings to guide your work.
• Collaborating with the team to deliver projects on time and to specification.

What You’ll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Relevant trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting or equivalent.
• Proven experience in maintenance, assembly, and repair of mechanical systems.
• Strong skills in interpreting technical drawings and documentation.
• Knowledge of safe work practices and procedures.
• Australian work rights and a commitment to quality work.

Ideally, you will also have:

• Experience working in workshop settings.
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• A proactive approach to teamwork and problem-solving.
