The business is a large-scale comprehensive enterprise group integrating real estate development, property management, financial investment, cultural tourism, health care and the nursery industry. The corporate group currently operates its business activities in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Canada and Australia.
Key Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze market trends, demographics, and competitor activities.

· Research and analyze collected data to provide information to the architect and construction team.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to target audiences.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.
• Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, websites, and other channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and design across all platforms.
• Collaborate with creative teams to design advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Write and edit marketing copy to align with brand voice and objectives.
• Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Partner with external vendors and agencies when needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
